The space simulated a scene under construction, a waiting room where the guests were guided by the concept of wait. The resulting room was diaphanous, with the typical furniture of a classroom, stacked and covered by plastics with elements of props such as trays, cutlery and crockery, giving an immersive experience, in which all the senses were involved by waiting room music which received guests who came prepared  for an enormous banquet. The team have been  charge of serving the banquet, where food and drinks arose according to an unknowledge time

 

 

 

The strategy

 

“The appetizer is the light meal that is taken to whet the appetite, before the main meal”

 

The increase of the aperitif time and the simulation that there was something of the organization that failed, gave the opportunity to increase that feeling of waiting.

 

 

The idea of ​​the menu was developed for the team with collaboration of María Navascués, expert in catering. To continue with the philosophy of deceit, the dishes were served one by one  to the guests. This menu consisted of 5 trays which contained : pipettes, terrarium, paint boats, desert and eggs with potatoes.The main theme focused around a single element, the vermouth, and the only one that was served in the classroom for the guests to grab at ease. for all who did not want, had an alternative drinks, such as water and grenadine. These alternatives were served in jerrycans where the extraction would be done by means of an air pump, this added to the red color of the grenadine and the blue of the water (helped with a little dye) added even more curiosity to the event.
